Connects to your bench calibration base on one end and directly to the Paccar MX-13 ECM on the other, for bench testing, ECM programming, and diagnostics off the truck.
Also known as a Paccar ECM Jumper Harness or bypass breakout cable.
On the Paccar MX-13, the ECM (Engine Control Module) runs the engine and the ACM (Aftertreatment Control Module) runs the emissions system. Each module needs its own bench harness. We offer a separate bench harness for the MX-13 ECM and for the MX-13 ACM — order the one that matches the module you are testing.
A bench harness is useful when an MX-13 engine shows signs of a module issue: a crank-but-no-start condition, no communication with your scan tool, intermittent shutdowns, or hard starting. Connecting the module on the bench lets you power it up, verify communication, and test it off the truck to confirm whether the module itself is the problem before reinstalling it.
